Oh, Taha DID win this 4th event, by 1 second. I don't know why the system said it was Niko, but you can check the times on the results sheet and confirm Taha's victory - congrats! That's an one event one win.

Niko the penalty boy made a big jump from 16th place to 7th, but would be in 3rd if he didn't have any penalties. Matthew is going up as well, but more slowly.

The table with the stats will be redone, don't worry. I'm just not having ANY time these days. Gotta go now, need to wake up in 5 hours...

I liked the classes this way... The difference is not big, you can still see some LRFs after 1 or 2 minutes. The track is huge so wasn't enough for lapping, but it should be interesting once it happens because the main difference is on straights (no crazy GTRs lapping you on the outside of critical corners).

My race was pretty fun, passed Trio after T1 and managed to stay ahead for 45 minutes untill I had to pit. He was there all the time on my mirror so it was quite tense. When I braked entering the pits my tyre popped - couldn't be in a better place! - , so it costed me some seconds and I couldn't catch him anymore. But it was fun.

Final veredict: "meh". That 1987 model looks much better IMO...

China has 22 gold medals already, 10 ahead of US. Not that I didn't expect China to win this olympics, but seems pretty easy so far. Today/tonight begins the athletics, so I'd China will lose some ground...

Oh and we lost to Russia on the volleyball, congrats on the terrific match.

And congrats to the guy that left his medal. If he's right, that is...

Edit after seeing above posts: Brazil and Kazakhstan will play on beach volley tonight (for me at least). Might be very worth watching, if you get what I mean..

Brazil and Germany made a good handball game, looks like we're getting there... Congrats to Germany.

One of the favorites for gold medal on beach volley (US) lost their first match.

Watching Russia and Latvia on women's basketball now, Latvia leading 35-32 on the 3rd quarter. No points for several minutes.

Edit: Russia won 62-57 on an awful game.
